"So in the past my I've weighed a lot and I know it was because I ate too much food (not unhealthy foods, just too much) and I hardly ever exercised. But starting about two months ago I began eating smaller portions and vigorously biking for about an hour- two hours everyday. And Yet my weight has gone up! Do you know what could be wrong?"
