HEY LOOK THIS IS MY FRIEND CAITLIN AND SHE IS NAKED!!!!!
But seriously. Caitlin is doing this project where she is collecting pictures of girls being real and happy and totally naked - but not in a sexual or pornographic context. Like, just people with their real bodies exactly how they look, and exploring nakeness in an ordinary, body-positive light. It’s really really a cool thing.
As she explains it: “I want to be comfortable naked. I want to be all “Fuck yeah! This is my pussy! I like some pubic hair because my vulva gets a shit ton of angry at me when I try to rip it all out.” I want to be all “Why should I feel ashamed about my body?! I am healthy and young and this is the body that allows me to dance and reach climax!”
And to do that, the words ‘shame’ and ‘guilt’ need to be removed from my body vocabulary.”
If you’d like to read more about her project (or check out her awesome website in general), see more nekkid pictures, or even send her pictures of yourself naked as you came (she wants you to!!!) please head over to http://tobeaslut.com/2011/12/13/a-whole-new-world-bodysex-workshop-with-dodson-ross/
Caitlin and I upgraded highschool together in Toronto a couple years ago and she is even more ‘pro-slut’ than I am. She is such a lovely girl, and please feel free to pass this on to anybody you think might be interested!

soooooo…….I know that this is my (old) eating disorder blog, and that the majority of you who follow me are NOT looking to be in recovery.but maybe some of you do want to be in recovery, or know someone who is, or maybe even though you have an ED you are still interested in body positivity and self love projects, or know someone who might be.
It is a little out of the ordinary for me to reblog this, but I think this girl is AMAZING, and brave, and beautiful. And yes, I struggle with my weight, and my body, on a daily basis, but there are girls out there who are loving every inch of their body, and feeling good about themselves, and that makes me feel good too, to know that exists in the world.
I hate my own body, but I do not hate women’s bodies. Infact I love them, and I love this post, and that’s why I wanted all of you to see it.

I support this workshop. I wish more girls were comfortable with their bodies, because all girls are beautiful.
